Conditions for Exchange: Exchanges will not be accepted if: The product has been used. The product is damaged. Shipping and Processing: Once an exchange is approved, you must ship the item back to us and provide the tracking ID via email at support@redvanda.in. Exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. 

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, send images to support@redvanda.in. We will respond within 24 hours. Exchange Restrictions: Exchanges are allowed for size only and can be made once per item. A Rs.200 shipping fee will be applied for re-shipping. Exchange is subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, a store credit will be issued. Store credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. Sale and Discount Exclusions: Size exchanges are not available during sales or discount periods.
